Great way to create mobile-friendly surveys. Need to tackle some freeze/crash issues, although recovery is easy and functionality not affected.

I just wish creating the surveys was more like the desktop. The mobile creator isnt as easy and customizable as the desktop. Other than that.... I love being able to see my clients answers to their questionnaire for their photoshoot from my phone vs having to wait to get on my desktop

The reliability is solid and overall works well. I like the way in which survey results are presented in graphic form, which in many instances are more visually useful than the way they appear in a standard web browser interface.

Its a wonderful idea for Smithsonian to offer an online site for general feedback!

I use this app many times a day to monitor the status of active surveys. It is very helpful. I have also used it to do minor edits and corrections and it has saved time.

Quick way to check on surveys while Im out of the office.

Ease of use for me in my business and church work is the one great thing I use this service over and over again. Folks I send my surveys to have given me great feedback about their participation, as well. The phone app is excellent and I dont even have to login to the website on a desktop to create, send and monitor surveys. Invaluable service!

It may be wonderful for creating surveys (I dont know, I dont need that service) but if youre looking to just take surveys you have to go online.
